Cherry × Uqora Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor and Promotional Partner
The Cherry × Uqora Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Hesper Holdings LLC dba Cherry Love (“Cherry” or “Sponsor”).
Uqora is a promotional partner of the Giveaway and is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or selection of the winner.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Cherry and Uqora, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the Giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends at 6:00 PM Pacific Time on October 1, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period:
- Follow @wearecherry.love on Instagram;
- Follow @uqora on Instagram; and
- Comment on the Giveaway post and tag three (3) friends you would like to bring to Cherry, On Top.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Limit one entry per person. Entries generated through bots, automated methods, or fraudulent means are void.
Entrants must have a public Instagram account or otherwise permit Sponsor to verify that the entry requirements have been completed at the time the winner is selected.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive four (4) general admission tickets to Cherry, On Top, taking place on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Novela in San Francisco, California.
The prize consists solely of event admission unless otherwise expressly stated. Transportation, lodging, food, beverages, and any other expenses associated with attending the event are not included.
The prize has an approximate retail value of $80.
The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random by Cherry from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from @wearecherry.love following the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within 6 HOURS of notification and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and agrees that Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the entry process, manipulate the Giveaway, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
9. Release
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cherry, Uqora, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Cherry and not to Instagram.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Cherry for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and awarding the prize, in accordance with applicable law.
Entry into the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Cherry or Uqora.
